GetSales: Ability to filter for specific Order IDs

Added the ability to filter for specific Order IDs in the GetSales call.
NOTE: This will only return sales that were synced using the API. In other words, you cannot use the GetSales call and filter for an Order ID that originated from Magento. The order must have been synced via API.
