New Call! Ability to Retrieve Locations With Current Quantity

Using /getLocations, you can now retrieve locations with current quantity.
The results will include:
- Warehouse Code
- Warehouse Name
- Locations and Containers (null if not applicable)
- Parent location for a container
- Current total quantity
Something to Note: This call will only return results for enabled warehouses in SkuVault.
