Update to GetProducts

We have added the ability to get the value of the "Disable Quantity Sync" setting in the GetProducts call.
What does this mean? Often times, clients may not want to update their quantities for a specific reason. This will be case by case, but if this value is "True" then you may want to consider not updating the quantity for that SKU.
We recommend consulting the client first before making this decision because it will be case by case.
